"These guys deserve 10 stars. 10 out of 10 My furnace went out, and I was without heat for 2 days and in a bad spot. Sean, the owner came to my house the same day I called him. Came out to the house after hours (didn’t charge me extra for after hours work) and had the part I needed at his shop. Even though he had to go get it and come back he only charged me for the part and 1 hour. DAN HARDY AND HIS SON OVER AT HARDY HEATING QUOTED ME 500$ MORE FOR THE SAME PART, twice as much in labor, and tried to trick me in to getting a 6000$ furnace tellin me my furnace was not fixable before called Sean. Sean was professional and trust worthy and I would recommend him to anyone in Matsu-Palmer area. Made me feel like he would have done anything to get my furnace fixed the same day. Thank you Sean"

"Braxton came out to Girdwood to service and clean our gas fireplace that had not been serviced for a few years. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He cared enough to take the time to make sure I knew how to operate the fireplace, was thoughtful to show me how to shut off the unit in an emergency and what to do if the pilot light went out. His extra care and eye for detail is very appreciated and impressive. Braxton obviously has pride in his work and we are very thankful for his above and beyond service! 5 stars! Will definitely use their services in the future."

"VMS was great to work with and really helped me and my tenants out during the massive wind storm. Richard and Tony worked crazy hours and went above and beyond any expectations, getting us back online after having everything freeze up. Prices were reasonable, and work was done extremely well and professionally. Quick to respond as well!"
